The essentials for using RentLivo.
Using the rental service
RentLivo helps customers discover and book partner vehicles. Availability depends on the vehicle, pickup area and selected rental period. A listing image may be a representative catalogue photo; check the actual vehicle at handover.
Eligibility and verification
Provide accurate account and verification information. You must hold the licence and meet the legal eligibility requirements for the vehicle you rent. Do not share login or pickup verification codes except as instructed during an authorized handover.
Booking and charges
Review the vehicle, pickup and return times, and complete payment summary before booking. Rental extensions, additional charges and optional services must be checked in the app.
Pickup, use and return
Complete the pickup inspection, record existing damage and follow the agreed pickup and return instructions. Use the vehicle lawfully and report incidents or vehicle problems through support.
Cancellations and disputes
See the cancellation and refund policy. Contact support with the booking reference if the vehicle, amount charged or service differs from your confirmed booking.
